Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and packaged 7-14 business days from the order date depending on the item.

All items will be shipped by Canada Post.

All shipping times are beyond my control. Once a package has left my possession, there is nothing I can do on my end. Please order early to avoid any disappointment, especially during the holiday season!

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Carved & Covered DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on items UNLESS there is an error is made during the creation process or a wrong product is sent.

Please note: ALL APPLICABLE PURCHASES ARE EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. REFUNDS ARE NON APPLICABLE. Purchaser is responsible for emailing carvedandcovered@mgail.com to get the exchange approved. Purchaser is also responsible for return shipping costs.
